What football managers do?
They run the club. They pick squad, eleven, subs, strategy, tactics, formation. They organize team meetings, trainings. They regularly stay in touch with the team, and do the half-time or final-time talk. They recruit and manage transfers, negotiate player contracts, speak to media.
